Story-driven trans lesbian films anchor Transfixed, an Adult Time studio pairing transgender and cisgender women in cinematic productions. Transfixed videos use a glamcore style, with carefully arranged lighting, music, costumes and dialogue supporting the narrative. Scenes develop attraction through conversation, kissing and sustained eye contact, giving relationships and anticipation substantial screen time before the explicit material. Multiple camera angles and close-ups emphasize the performers’ interactions. The studio explores romantic getaways, workplace encounters, housewife fantasies and medical roleplay, with taboo plots and reality-style setups providing other recurring formats. Its productions include transgender women paired with each other or with men, as well as threesome scenes. Regular performers include Ariel Demure, Kasey Kei and Eva Maxim.
