Private-club gloryhole scenarios give Mad Glory Holes videos an anonymous, amateur-style format built around partitioned rooms. The focus is on heterosexual encounters staged through openings in walls. Editing frequently moves between neighboring booths to follow several encounters within the same video. The rooms contain wrist and leg straps that help performers maintain different positions around the openings, including lying on their backs or bending forward at the partitions. Sex toys form part of the setups, and masturbation occurs within the club rooms. Oral encounters are another recurring feature of these sessions. Groupsex and gangbang scenarios involve multiple women and groups of male participants in shared club sessions, with men taking turns with the female performers.
